3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms (A2P 10DLC)
Program description: Mastery Floors offers an SMS program that sends appointment confirmations, reminders, quote and project follow-ups, customer service responses, and occasional promotional messages.
Opt-in: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form, you give express written consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Mastery Floors at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: message frequency varies (typically up to 6 messages per month).

Estimates are valid for the period stated in the written quote. Final pricing, payment terms, deposits, scheduling, warranty terms, and project scope are governed by the signed service agreement between you and Mastery Floors.
